Dr Nipuni Bopitiya graduated from the University of Melbourne, completing her Bachelor of Science with Honours in cancer research at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery, where she received the Australian Society of Periodontology Prize in Dentistry for the top grades in her class.
In her training, Dr Nipuni has treated patients in the private and public setting across rural, metropolitan and hospital locations. She continues to maintain a high standard of care by keeping up to date with the latest technology and best dental practices.
She has a passion for preventative dentistry and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. With a calm and gentle approach, she strives to ensure that her patients feel truly cared for by delivering comprehensive and tailored care.
A true local to the ‘burbs, Dr Nipuni has lived in Berwick for over 15 years and attended Berwick Secondary College and St Margaret’s School. She considers Berwick her home and she loves to give back to the community where she grew up. In her time off, you’ll find her frequenting many local cafes and spending time with family, which includes taking care of her new puppy, Hero.
